Q: Can you provide nutrition or diet advice?
A: We are not registered dieticians or nutrition counselors. We do not provide diet or nutrition advice.
Q: I have a weight-loss goal. Can you help me lose weight?
A: The nature of the work we do at biulifedesign is based in body-acceptance and beyond that, body-celebration! While you may come to us with a weight-loss goal, you may find that, in time, your goal has adapted to one of making movement and mindfulness a fun, regular part of your life!
Q: What does a session look like?
A: Your initial session will be time for you and your coach to meet, to introduce yourselves and for you to share your goals. What we offer is coaching for creating a longterm fitness practice that you will own. Subsequent sessions will be comprised of physical exercise work, mindfulness work, checking in on how it's been going!
Q: How long is each session?
A: Your first appointment is a 45-minute session. Subsequent sessions are 30 minutes or 60 minutes. Please contact us for pricing. Packages are available.
Q: Will we meet in person or virtually?
A: We are currently based in Brooklyn, NY, so can meet you in person if that is convenient to you. That said, our coaches are certified to offer virtual training sessions, so anywhere works!
